Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including custom workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leadership and business leaders.
• Provide technical expertise to internal customers and other teams.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies and work closely with development teams.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of experience in IT service management, software development, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including experience with custom development, integration, and workflow design.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with Java development and scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab).
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
